The Red House is a trendy, vibrant event venue situated just 1 block from the square in Downtown Franklin. Built in 1877, the Red House showcases a fine collection of rock-n-roll memorabilia, giving the decor an upscale, chic feel. Yet the 4 fireplaces, flagstone walkways and deep porches retain the Southern charm of an historic home.
Prices start at $1,500 for a Friday event, $2,500 for a Saturday event, $1,750 for a Sunday event, and $1,250 for a weekday event. This includes parking for 50 guests and the services of our venue coordinator. Both indoor & outdoor events are well-suited to the 3,000 sq. ft. home.
Perfect for weddings, receptions, rehearsals, CD release parties, corporate meetings, private parties, & fundraisers. Accommodates 150 guests inside for a cocktail type reception. Can accommodate 120 for plated, seated dinners.
