Viva Valet & VPMT Events Alley Parking were such a wonderful find. They are privately owned and treated all of us so special. We weren't just another client with just some more guests. They took particular attention to make certain all of our transportation and traffic logistics were taken care of to the max! We hadn't planned on using the Valet Parking but with the weather change we had no choice but to add valet services for our guests....I would recommend using their Valet Services NO MATTER what the weather is now!!!! They had a beautiful, comfortable lighted canopy for the guests to arrive and depart under...their drivers were so very courteous and professional and dressed to the nines in black and white and bow ties! So many guests absolutely loved the valet service that I would recommend valet even in good weather! My guests came all dressed up for our special event and they didn't need to be self parking themselves and walking up to the venue in their very best clothes carrying gifts and cameras and all. Valet is such a wonderful THANK YOU that all guests deserve. The Valet also assisted some of the guests with transportation back to the hotel ...they had a shuttle van!! I'm telling you..every base was covered! They stayed until the very end and never charged us anything extra. We originally just contracted for the Classic Rolls Royce Silver Spirit with Chauffeur and red carpet. WOW did we get more than just that! The car was immaculate and everything worked....including the a/c! The Chauffeur was again dressed to the nines....so professional. He was so obliging and helpful. The Chauffeur even serenaded us with a special song just for us!!! We got the most incredible photos too! The Chauffeur even took a photo of us when we got to the hotel! We had some things that didn't go as we had hoped Iespecially the weather AND it put our ceremony off schedule too) BUT this company made it all seem effortless! They were able to make last minute adjustments and went above the norm to make sure all loose ends were tied up neatly and nicely and it just MADE the day a real EVENT to remember for all of us. I RECOMMEND Viva Valet & VPMT & Alley Parking to everyone looking for the attention needed to make your day SOOOOOOOOOOOO PERFECT! Their service was above and beyond and the price was so reasonable...we should have paid them more!!!! Now I know why they are so highly recommended and don't need to do alot of big, expensive, convincing advertisementd...they rely on referrals STRAIGHT from previous clients. The best way to get the best information is from someone who has used them. I strongly recommend you consider them for all of you transportation, valet and specialty car needs. We are planning to use them on our first anniversary ... Valet and the Rolls Royce (they handle all kinds of events and can handle any challenging parking needs..trust me.. I know)! We may need to use the shuttle vans too for our guests! Oh.. also, they offer complimentary sober rides....what a relief to know that our guests were safely taken home.
