Toramon Necktie Company

I had trouble finding silk tie and pocket square sets at my local department stores, so about 10 days before my wedding I ordered two sets each from Toramon and another company. One day before the wedding the sets from Toramon arrived, and I had already decided to go with the sets I received from the other company, so I didn't even open the box. After the wedding and a one week honeymoon, I contacted Toramon to return the two tie/pocket square sets. They refused to accept the return because they have a 7 day return policy. I explained to them 1) that the ties were still unused, unopened, and still in perfect condition, 2) that I had just returned from my honeymoon and did not have a chance to return the ties until 9 days after I received them, and 3) that a 7 day return policy was unreasonably short and poor business practice. Still, they refused to accept my return. I am stuck with 2 tie/pocket square sets worth $80 that I have no use for. I certainly will never deal with Toramon again, and I encourage you not to, either.
