The Spoiled Lady helped me find the perfect dress and bridesmaid dresses! From the minute I walked in the door everyone there is so friendly! They all made me feel so comfortable as I was trying to find the perfect dress! They made mine and Cliffs day so special!!!! Dee you were so much help I couldnt have done it without you!!! Everything was ready to be picked up just as the day I asked!!! I will def recommend The Spoiled Lady to everyone!!! Thank all you guys for all your help and for being so friendly!!! For any of my other dress needs you guys will be the one I come too!!!! love all you guys!!!!

I didn't look too far to find my perfect dress and I got it on sale at the Spoiled Lady which I was very happy about. The first part of my experience was fantastic, but closer to the wedding my experience caused a lot of stress for my family and me. I went in for my dress fitting at the end of April and was told that because it was Prom season my dress wouldn't be ready until mid to late May, which was fine because my wedding wasn't until July 9th. However, by mid to late June I still had yet to hear from them. I called the store on a Monday and was told that my dress would be ready by the weekend. Then the weekend came and I still hadn't heard from them. This time my mom called and was assured that my dress would be ready by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. However, when we called again they said it wouldn't be ready til Thursday. Finally we were informed my dress was ready, when we went to go try it on they claimed they had been calling us since Tuesday, but we hadn't received a call. Thankfully the dress fit perfectly. My mom paid the alterations balance and we left it at the store to be steamed. We arranged to pick it up the following weekend. However, when we went to pick up the dress they tried to make us pay for our alterations again. My mom had to go search for her receipt to prove our payment and I stayed in the store while they checked their records. As I was waiting I overheard that when they accept a payment they don't keep the name with the check they do everything by check # and amounts. Eventually they confirmed we had made our payments. Even though everything worked out in the end, I would be hesitant to do business with them again.

I bought my wedding dress from The Spoiled Lady. The staff there went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful! I recommend them to any bride!

The staff at Spoiled lady helped me find the dress that looked great for my body type but was allso the style I wanted and was well within my price range. They actually pulled multiple dresses well under my budget. I appreciate that they weren't trying to make a larger profit off me! I walked in and had my dress in hand in less than an hour!

The staff was wonderful. I had my dress within 2 hours of walking in the door! Alterations were done and the dress was in my possession within a month of getting engaged, plenty of time to get Bridal portraits taken. Stayed well under budget and got exactly what I wanted and was fitting for my body type. Very accomodating to my guys for tuxes and prices were good!

One Word: WOW!!! I looked near & far for my dream dress & FINALLY found it at The Spoiled Lady! Not only were Dee & the Spoiled Ladies AMAZING but helped me pick out shower invites, jewelry, shoes, etc! I had a blast everytime I went into the store! The Spoiled Lady can't be beat when it comes to value, service & selection! If they don't have what you are looking for..they will find it! :) Love Love Love these girls! Dee, the owner of TSL, was our wedding coordinator. She did a fabulous job! Not only is she calm and in control, but she is also so much fun to work with. She also did some of the draping and decorating for the reception. Everything turned out perfect. The big day can be so stressful, but I always knew that she had everything under control and that I did not have to worry. Thank you, Dee, for making sure my day was amazing!

They were very helpful with every aspect I needed for my wedding party and my attire! They had very good prices and were willing to work with me.

I have not needed their wedding services for myself, but I always mention The Spoiled Lady when I hear others talk of weddings. Dee was nice enough to donate a dress for a silent auction I held, and it brought the highest amount for a single item. Their selection always has the latest styles and trends with regard to your personal uniqueness.
