They are so sweet and so easy to work with! After a long and somewhat frustrating dress search, I found The Bride Room, and was SO thankful I did! The best (and most beautiful) dress selection and service!

Charlotte and Stephanie at the Bride room made picking a dress a relaxing and enjoyable event!! I started my dress search at the bride room and finished it there too! Charlotte spent the hour with me patiently zipping and unzipping dresses. She was 1 on 1 with me and that meant the world to me! After I had tried on dresses at a few other places, I came back to the bride room and to the dress I loved!! Stephanie helped me finalize the decision (after helping me try on a few more dresses). The experience was very personalized. Every time I called, e-mailed or stopped in, they knew who I was and what dress was mine. The dress arrived a month early and they happily stored it for me until it was time for alterations. I even stopped by a few times to say hi. My experience was so wonderful that I will go back for party dresses. I would also recommend them to anyone and everyone. Just an all around perfect experience!

Stephanie is AMAZING. She helped me find the PERFECT wedding gown and although it was somewhat over budget, it was THE dress I was imagining for my special day. Her bubbly girly personality is so easy to love, and you can truly trust her and the other girls. Amie is also amazing and I got to work w/her some during my visits. I also got my perfect PARIS jewelry there and I LOVED my final look for my day. There was a little problem with the way the dress was made and the difficulty in altering the lace, but Stephanie heard there was a problem and nipped it in the bud!! She had her amazing seamstress at Oakwood Cleaners fix it and it turned out perfect!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and truly consider the girls there my friends :)

The ladies of The Bride Room are wonderful! I had a great experience finding my dress with them. Dress searching is such a special experience and they are as excited as you to find the one! I appreciate their love for what they do (and am a little jealous too). :)

I found my dream dress at The Bride Room. The atmosphere there is so cute and perfect and they have a really good selection of beautiful dresses. Stephanie was so much fun to work with and really knew her stuff. It's so funny to watch shows on tv about girls stressing to find the perfect dress. For me it was the easiest decision of the whole wedding. They were amazing and I'd recommend them to any bride searching for "the one."

They are wonderful!!! Even though they are on the upper end as far as price, I never felt pressured, or bad about what I could and could not spend. They were super nice, and were always helpful, even if I was asking the same question 5 times... The Bride Room really made my dress experience, and I tell everyone I know to go there!

I had the most delightful experience at the Bride Room. Stephanie helped me and she was wonderful. Many of the dresses at the bride room are expensive, but they do have all ranges. Stephanie only showed me dresses in my price range, so I new I could afford it if I put it on and loved it. I ended up buying the very first dress I put on and actually got it as a sample (the dress other had been trying on) and so it was half off which was awesome. They recommended a great alterations place and the dress was picked up directly and I didn't have to transport it at all. My whole experience there was fun, calming, and better than I could have expected.

I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie at The Bride Room! She helped me to find the perfect dress, veil, and headband. The only downside is that everything is quite expensive and I wanted it all!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Bride Room! I would recommend this bridal store to ABSOLUTELY everyone and wish I could go back and buy more dresses there! They were SO easy to work with, and completely listened to the bride, what she wanted and how she wanted to look/feel on her wedding day. They always know your name when you walk in the door and I feel like everyone working there could be my best friend. They are all amazing and I truly could not ask for a better experience throughout the whole planning process. They have the best designers and all of the accessories are exquisitely designed as though they are made specifically for you. I felt gorgeous in my dress and truly had a wonderful experience at The Bride Room.

What can I say.... what a fantastic experience. Charlotte and her girls, especially Stephanie were absolutely amazing to work with. They were always so friendly and accommodating. I will recommend every one to search for the perfect dress with them!

The entire staff at The Bride Room was incredibly easy to work with. I had the hardest time making a decision on a wedding dress and they let me come in around 15 times to try the same dress on. Each time I came in they were very attentive and made me feel like I was their only customer. The Bride Room is an all around pleasant experience. They made finding my wedding dress fun!

Excellent higher end dress selections! I had a wonderful experience working with the Bride Room staff. My Melissa Sweet Gown was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The fittings were all pleasant experiences and everything arrived in plenty of time despite our brief planning period of just 5 months. I also purchased my veil and other accessories through the Bride Room. I received many compliments on my veil and would suggest allowing the Bride Room the opportunity to make accessory suggestions. They are right on target!
