Karen has a lot of experience working in the industry and knows all the vendors you will need. Her expertise and ability to coordinate all the various vendors made the process go smoothly for me. Thanks to Karen, the process was such a blast! Plus, knowing she had everything under control took away a lot of worry that most brides experience while planning a wedding. Karen was great! She really pulled everything together to make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. She is inventive and creative to create something unique to you. We had trouble getting in touch with her on occassion but she pulled it all together.

Karen Kaforey and her team at Signature Events went above and beyond ensuring my wife and I had the perfect wedding. Our original venue was flooded during the Nashville flood, and before we even knew we had to change venues, Karen had 3 more lined up. My wife and I both work long hours, and there is no way we could have been on top of every little detail that arose. I cannot tell you how many emails/phone calls, we received during the planning period, as Karen wanted to make sure we were aware of everything going on. Karen is very passionate about her job, so easy to get along with, and we absolutely recommend her.

I highly recommend Signature Events! My favorite thing about Karen was that she stayed in constant communication. While I knew she was working with other brides as well, I never felt like it for even a moment. She called on a consistent basis with updates and always returned my calls in a timely manner. She had such good relations with so many of Nashville’s top vendors that the planning process was truly enjoyable. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Karen and her team at Signature Events.

Karen Kaforey is an amazing wedding planner! She has done both of our daughter’s weddings. She worked with each one to create their special unique day, that was truly their dream wedding. She is so very creative and organized and knows everyone, so the resources for all the vendors are ones that she knows and trusts. Best of all , on the wedding day, I had no concerns, no anxiety!
