Highly recommend this caterer!!! Pam & her staff are top notch! Very friendly, organized, creates a great presentation, and provides very tasty food. We did not have one problem with the service or food that they provided. And on top of all that we received many compliments from our guests on the food. All compliments & zero complaints here! :)

I can't say enough about how wonderful Pam and her staff were! As the mother of the bride, I wanted the food to be exactly what the bride and groom wanted and it was! From the food tasting to the night of the reception, everything was great! We were able to choose from so many options and the compliments we received from our wedding guests were numerous. Pam worked within our budget, yet prepared a meal that was unique and delicious. My family would highly recommend using Ribbons of Chocolate!

Food was very important to us since we had many people from out of town, and we wanted to showcase upscale southern food. Pam’s food blew everyone away and stayed well within our budget. My daughter selected Pam with Ribbons of Chocolate Catering for her reception. Since I was the mother of the bride and six hours away from the wedding site, I turned to Pam and her expertise. Pam went above and beyond with her services. She not only provided our 130 guests with fabulous food, she also helped me coordinate what needed to be accomplished from six hours away. Her food display was absolutely wonderful and beautiful. Her professionalism was great. After speaking with Pam on a few occasions, I knew I could relax about the catering portion of my daughter's wedding. She had it well under control, knew what I expected, and provided exactly what I requested plus more. Once again, thank you Pam and also to your catering personnel. Fabulous vendor! Food was excellent everyone raved about it and the price was soooo reasonable compared to other caterers in the area. I would use Ribbons of Chocolate again I was beyond pleased.

These guys provided a great meal for all of our guests and they were all surprised when we told them we didn't dish out an enormous amount for it all. The fondue and chocolate was top notch as well as everything else they provided. As well as tasting great, the food had amazing presentation and looked as good as it tasted. The staff was very easy to work with and was able to pull everything off without a hitch. Overall, I was very pleased by everything and can easily recommend this caterer to anybody, especially if your a fan of chocolate.

One of the best decisions I made for this day was hiring Pam from Ribbons of Chocolate to do the catering! It was an easy decision to make after meeting Pam and seeing her list of services and her prices. She was so wonderful and easy to work with, and catered everything to my personal ideas and suggestions. Plus, the food was delicious and was a hit! Everyone loved it! (except for the country ham....not a huge crowd pleaser.) Pam made my life easy that day, and made sure I had nothing to worry about! THanks so much Pam!!!

Pam was wonderful to work with. My husband and my mother actually went to the taste testing so I did not get to taste the food until my wedding day. It was great. She set up the tables beautifully. She even called me to ask if she could make my husband and I a special plate to take with us to our hotel! She is very reasonably priced. If you decide to use her definitely get the blackberry meatballs!!

This caterer was AMAZING!!! From the time I met her till the wedding, she was so helpful always called to make sure I did not have any changes. Pam was so great to work with. The food was INCREDIBLE!! My guests from the wedding are still talking about the food and how great it was. Pam thank you for making my food for the wedding and doing such and incredible job. This was the easiest decision of my entire wedding! They were wonderful to work with! Pam, the owner, was super flexible, even when I moved up my wedding from May, to December! Delightful food, I am still getting comments on how amazing it was!

The food and service were AMAZING! Everything was so beautiful and so tasty. Pam was so sweet, and so was all of her help. She created everything just perfectly for me, and it was a beautiful display. Highly recommended!

Ribbons of Chocolate provided catering of a chocolate fountain and all the dippables for our wedding reception. They were WONDERFUL! The fountain was a huge hit with all of our guests! Pam was very flexible in letting us pick the items we wanted for dipping. She was very responsive at all times and all of the staff that worked at our wedding were very professional. Pam even had me out to her house for a "sampling" prior to booking her. After my initial contact with her I recommended her to a friend for their wedding, which occurred before ours. They booked her and raved about her as well. They commented that she was so helpful she was even retrieving toilet paper at their reception for guests as the bathroom had run out. She comes highly recommended!

Pam and her staff were simply amazing; the food was incredible....especially the roast beef broscietta............the coffee cafe was as big a hit as the chocolate fountain.......... almost nothing left, except wedding cake, because the catering was simply fabulous!!!!
