Purcell's Tents & Amusements

The actual tents and other offerings were absolutely lovely, despite the awful (and very cheesy!!) storefront. But the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Pricing is not very competitive (too expensive!!) but I had no choice but to use them given a larger agreement with my wedding reception site. I wish I had a choice!! I was surprised and disappointed in the level of service and care. There was no dance floor for my tent, with no explanation. When I paid for special tent pole covers, they were not put up until I called and made a very strong complaint (there was a rain storm that would have ruined them - but they did not offer to come at a later time to finish the job) All communication was addressed "dear customer" - I have a name!! Learn it - I'm giving you a LOT of money!! Overall, extremely disappointed in this vendor and DO NOT RECOMMEND!
