Kelly and party Patrol Entertainment were wonderful! My husband and I were very pleased with them and everyone who attended the wedding (young and old) all commented on what a great job the DJ did. A good mix/variety of music was played and Kelly listened to what we had told him when meeting with him before the big day on types of music we liked and didn't like. They are a bit more expensive than many other DJs in the area but you wont be disappointed. The money is worth the results (I will say that there are many different packages they offer and I feel you can save money without missing out on anything by just going with the basic package).

Kelly was amazing! He kept the atmosphere light and fun. He even taught everyone how to Cupid Shuffle and Wobble! Everyone was on the dance floor! I especially appreciate how he helped me find the perfect solution for my father-daughter dance dilemma. The first half of the dance he played the song my dad chose. Then he effortlessly segued the second half into the song that I chose to honor my dad with. He also gave us an amazing recommendation for an alternative to the traditional bridal march. We went with the Vitamin String Quartet. Its a classical instrument play on more modern songs. It was a great choice for us. It was a perfect blend of traditional and modern that worked for my parents and us. Everyone loved the music and loved that he took request! My wedding couldn't have been more perfect. Kelly Farmer was an absolute delight as a DJ and production manager for my wedding. Whether it's a wedding, party or corporate event, I would not pause to call Kelly to book the date. Kelly and the Party Patrol crew are a great team to work with! They are seasoned veterans. People describe me as having a type-A personality, so I always feel the need to micromanage or worry- I didn't have to do that with Kelly and the Party Patrol team. Kelly offered a personalized consultation and great suggestions. The outcome was a beautifully lit reception area and a great selection of music for my guests to dance to. Kelly Farmer and Party Patrol gave us a wedding reception that was unique and unforgettable. We had around 200 guests attend our reception at Traveller's Rest. I honestly heard nothing but praise from our guests, both young and old, about what a fantastic job Party Patrol did. The giant screen showing the slideshow Kelly put together for us was the first thing guests saw when they walked in the tent. Kelly also included a number of lights that really help set the mood on the dance floor. All of his equipment was very new and he had a very extensive music library, which was great for the guests wishing to make requests. Kelly even had a special surprise for us- he brought in a street dance crew to perform a 5 to 10 minute dance routine. Everyone, especially the kids, loved the dance crew. Party Patrol also video recorded our entire ceremony and reception with a fully HD video camera. The level of professionalism that Party Patrol has is unmatched by anyone in the industry. From the planning session a week prior to the wedding to keeping track of time and letting us know when we needed to have our dances, cake cutting, etc., the reception was smooth and required no thought from us. We were really able to enjoy the reception because we knew it was in Kelly's hands. I recommend Party Patrol to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding or party. You will not be disappointed. First, let me say that I never realized how overwhelming planning for your wedding can be. Just picking out the music for the ceremony and the reception appeared to be a daunting task. Kelly Farmer and Party Patrol not only immediately took the pressure off and guided us through the process, they were extremely helpful in both recommending music and being open to our ideas as well. I have attended many weddings, and it seems that often, the ceremony and reception entertainment is "cookie-cutter". This is not the case with Party Patrol. We had an outdoor 6:00 wedding at Traveler’s Rest with a reception in the "Barn" to follow. The weather, while hot, was supposed to be completely clear. It was June 26, 2010, and some of you might remember wind shears (more like a tornado) that destroyed Mama Mia's and did damage to several homes in the area. Traveler’s Rest lay directly in its path... We lost electricity shortly after the reception began. This was not a major problem as it was still daylight and the candles lit up the room nicely. Guests ate and drank and visited. After another half an hour of no power, it was time to cut the cake, start dancing, etc. During our initial meeting with Kelly, he told us that Party Patrol would have back up equipment on site in the event of equipment failure...we had no idea that they carried their own supply of electricity too. He ran power from his van up to a window, turned on his backup generator system, and proceeded to MC, play music, and provide a fantastic light show. The Party was ON!!! This continued throughout the night and we had guests stay until past 11:00 pm. If it had not been for Party Patrol, the reception would have been over early, with little hoopla. Since he was able to keep the music playing and the dancing going, it turned out to be the most memorable wedding/reception that anyone has ever had...Thanks Kelly!!!

Kelly was great, played everything we requested and even stayed a half hour later. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kelly and his crew are great!! Not only does he do weddings, but he does the local water park Nashville Shores. You have to know someone is good with their work when they are at a public place like that! Prior to the wedding we met with Kelly 3 times to verify all the things we would like. Kelly has a great attitude when it comes to getting the people at the reception to get up and dance! We gave him so many songs, he did a great job of picking out songs that would keep people on the dance floor and have a great time. Prior to the first dance he had a large screen that showed the pictures of the bride and groom as they grew up and the ones of them together at the end. The groom surprised me with a wedding gift that he had in mind to give at the reception, he informed the dj of this. It was a guitar signed by Dierks Bentley... after the groom gave me the gift Kelly had a surprise for me and the groom. Three of the groomsmen came out with inflatable guitars and acted like they were playing it to the song "Pretty Woman". It was very entertaining for everyone. I also wanted him to do something for the kids...the chicken dance...and after they dance they would get glowing bracelets/necklaces. He did that and everything worked out great!! :-) Would recommend to anyone!
