Katie is a true professional and very good at what she does. She is friendly, competent, on time, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her services!!!!!

Before the wedding day, I had never had a professional do my makeup or hair. So, when I went in with high expectations, I wasn't sure if the results would live up to the image I had in my head. However, Katie and her team far exceeded those expectations and I would use them for any other event I might have in the future. I have already recommended them to my closest friends and I am confident that they would receive the same treatment and outstanding work that I did. Katie, Amber, and Rachel were so friendly and nice and it was easy to feel comfortable right away. Again, I strongly recommend Katie Russo makeup and hair and give it a definite 5 out of 5.

Katie is fantastic!! When my original makeup artist cancelled on me a month before my wedding I was lucky enough to schedule Katie. Not only does her makeup look great but she is also a pleasure to be around. I cannot say enough good things about her, she is the best! I would recommend her to anyone for their wedding or big event. She made me and my bridesmaids look and feel fabulous!

Katie went above and beyond in every area of her work. From the beginning of the process she was easy to work with, and helped me find a hairstylist who I was equally thrilled with!! She set up everything with the hairstylist to help streamline the process. She and her hairstylist met with me for a trial appointment, then again for the portrait, and finally the wedding day. Each time both my hair and my make-up got even better than the time before. By the end of the process she was more than a vendor, she was a friend!! She did such a great job that my mother and sister both decided to have her do their make-up too. She was flexible, professional, friendly, and I couldn't believe how incredible she made me look. I was unbelievably happy with the wedding day look she created. It was perfect!! She used airbrush make-up and it held up throughout an afternoon of pictures in the June heat and humidity. I didn't even need to touch-up before the evening ceremony! Most importantly, she really listened to who I was and what I wanted to look like to create a look that was personalized to fit me perfectly. I had some anxieties about getting my make-up professionally done on my wedding day. I knew that only a professional could get the kind of quality make-up I would want for my photos, however I had seen too many brides who didn't look like themselves on their wedding day. Katie listened to me and created a look that was uniquely me! I told her I wanted to look natural, romantic, and like myself!! She listened to those details, asked the right questions, and completely exceeded our expectations!! No doubt about it, I would absolutely recommend her to any bride!!

Katie did such an amazing job with my makeup for my wedding day. She really worked with me and listened to my thoughts even though I wasn't quite sure what exactly I wanted. When all was done she had brought out my best features and made me look better than I had imagined. That being said, the hair person (Amber) she works with is also wonderful! I loved my hair and it lasted not only for the wedding day but also into the next day when I woke up.

Katie Russo is absolutely fantastic! She was so calm and patient with me - and listened to all the little requests I made. I was worried about not looking like myself on my wedding day, I wanted to look natural and polished - but not all done up. At my consult, Katie embraced my requests and started her airbrushing. It was one of the most fantastic things! After the consult she encouraged me to get the most out of the makeup to see where I might want to tweak. I did have a couple of notes for her when she contacted me. She was excited to implement the changes and even bought additional make-up to make sure everything would stay in place. On the day of my wedding Katie arrived with this calm about her. She airbrushed me again - and everything was just perfect. I was extremely emotional on my wedding day - and thru the tears, heat, and dancing my makeup looked amazing the whole night! I could never have achieved what she was able to accomplish! I was scared getting my make-up done meant getting all done up - and Katie was able to make me look exactly how I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone!

I had make-up done for my wedding by Katie, as did my maid of honor... we were both VERY impressed. Katie was very professional, easy to get along with, not to mention her work is amazing! Katie is talented AND fun to work with! She is professional yet laid back and very comfortable to be around. Hiring her to do my make up for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made, and I enjoyed her company. My make up looked PERFECT, she created the exact look I wanted, and most importantly, it stayed on all day, even in the hot July weather. She is flexible and willing to come to YOU, wherever you are, and her prices are quite reasonable. She came to the hair salon we were getting our hair done at, and everyone at the salon commented on how great the make up looked. I was extremely satisfied with make up services she provided for both me and my bridesmaids, and I would recommend her as a make up artist to ANY bride, and really to anyone looking for a make up artist for any reason!
