AWESOME photographer!! Our engagement and wedding pictures are amazing!! Highly recommend!

Joe and his wife Rhonda were so great throughout the entire wedding process. They were always quick to respond to any question, and open to any ideas regarding our engagement and wedding shoot! During the shoots, Joe had the best ideas to get shots I would have never thought of. He was very conscious of our personalities and chose settings that fit my husband and I. Within a week of our wedding, we already had over 300 photos in a slideshow to start showing off. I would recommend them to everyone!

We looked at hundreds of wedding photographers’ websites (who knew Nashville had so many wedding photogs?) before narrowing our choices. Then, we met with several photographers and looked through their portfolios. Joe and his wife, Rhonda, were our very last scheduled meeting. At that first meeting, I knew I wanted Joe to shoot our wedding. Joe just really stood out from everyone else we met. His energy and passion for what he does is just contagious. I’m pretty sure I almost signed up for photography lessons after that first meeting. We chose a basic package and added a disk of high res images. I think all of his packages include “computer ready” images, but we wanted high resolution images. I was surprised to learn that we had to pay for the high res images; however, after we compared the value of everything included in the basic package (and the high res images) to packages of other photographers, we still came out ahead financially with Joe. Plus, there are all the other factors that go into the decision-making such as experience, reliability, quality, etc. I could go on and on here because I think Joe is great. Joe shoots really, really quickly and does not “get in the way” at all. He is creative and his work is just fantastic. Originally, we did not really care about having an engagement photo session, which was included in the package we chose. In hindsight, I think they are a great idea. It gives you a chance to be in front of the camera (before the big day!) and hopefully get a bit more comfortable with the idea that somebody is following you around shooting you! Also, it gives you a chance to spend time with your photographer and get comfortable and confident with him or her. Lastly, Joe’s turnaround time is so fast!!! Joe emailed us about a week after the wedding to schedule a viewing of our slideshow of wedding images. The week we returned from our honeymoon, we had dinner with Joe and Rhonda and got to see all of our photos!

Joe & Rhonda did an absolutely amazing job shooting our engagement and wedding photos! Joe is a very talented guy, and he's constantly coming up with new creative ways to take photos on top of hearing any suggestions you might have. He is very easy to work with during his shooting - we never once felt uncomfortable during any setup, and all of our friends and family raved about him after our wedding. We are SO glad we picked Joe Hendricks Photography - they helped make these moments even more special!

I absolutely loved working with Joe Hendricks Photography. Joe has a way of making you feel at ease in front of the camera. He captures the most beautiful moments without being obtrusive and he knows how to make the whole experience fun. I though his turnaround time was fast in comparison to other photographers. I can't say enough good things about Joe and Rhonda. When we first booked them for our wedding, they invited us over for dinner and games. They really take the time to get to know their couples, which really helped us to warm up to them. On the wedding day they were calm and organized (and didn't stress out when things were running late). It was pouring rain, but Joe had taken the time to scout out a beautiful tunnel in a park. They brought along giant umbrellas and got us in and out of the tunnel for a post-ceremony pre-reception photoshoot. My husband and I have commented, since the wedding, on how we didn't even notice Joe and Rhonda (except during the few posed shots that we did.) But the hundreds of amazing pictures of the ceremony, reception, all of our guests and the two of us together prove that they were all over the place. I would recommend Joe Hendricks Photography to anyone and anyone. They were amazing and a great value (we received a usb drive with high resolution pictures of ALL of the images).

Joe and Rhonda Hendricks photographed my wedding reception and did an amazing job! First, they took the time out of their day to sit down and meet with my husband to be and myself to discuss what we were looking for in our photgrapher. At the wedding they were professional and efficient. We also used their photo booth and it was a total hit at the wedding. Everyone had so much fun and we got some great, funny pictures. Finally, they were prompt in editing the pictures and personally delivered them to my new husband and me. Joe is an extremely talented and creative photographer and the two were an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. I would recommend their photography services to anyone!

The best word to describe this company is amazing. My husband and I are not a very traditional type of couple so we asked them to be creative and do whatever they thought would make for good pictures. They were traditional when they needed to be (in my opinion), such as during the vows and the rest was perfect. I have some of the best pictures from my wedding because they aren't the type you would typically see from a wedding and that is exactly what I asked them to do for me. They responded quickly to any email I sent and answered all of my questions. Every guest at my wedding took the time to say how impressed they were with my photographers and how amazing my pictures turned out. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to get more picture

Where do I start? Hiring Joe & Rhonda for our wedding was the best decision we made about our entire wedding day. The first thing that struck me about them when we went for a consultation is how FUN they are. They love their job, and their whole attitude jived with our vision of our wedding. We knew they would be so great to work with, and after our engagement session we were able to see for ourselves how incredibly talented Joe is behind the camera and how much fun we would have with them. Rhonda was great through the whole process, answering any question I had no matter how small, and helped me plan our timeline for our wedding day. They really got to know us and our personalities so that by the wedding day rolled around, we felt like we had known them for years. They really wanted to make our day as special as it could be, and didn't treat it as just some other wedding the way some vendors do. On our wedding day, they were the perfect mix of professional and fun. Joe knew when to be creative, when to be fun, when to be traditional, and when to keep his distance while still capturing the moment. I don't even remember seeing Joe during the ceremony or most of the reception, but he captured everything perfectly. Our pictures turned out unbelievably gorgeous. So many people have told me they are the best wedding pictures they've ever seen. I can't say enough how much I love my wedding pictures, and how I don't think anyone could have captured the day more perfectly. We were also able to look at our slideshow while on our honeymoon, which blew us away!!! LOVE Joe Hendricks Photography and will recommend them to anyone, any day, anywhere!!!

Joe and Rhonda were great! We planned our Tennessee wedding from our home in New Hampshire. They were so helpful with our long distance planning. I must have emailed them 100 times a week and there was always a quick response! Both Joe and Rhonda came to our rehearsal to get a feeling for our location, that put our minds at ease. On our wedding day, they were on time and ready to go! Joe must have run two miles during our photo shoot! He was full of energy and creativity. He was very professional with Rhonda while taking our pictures and really caught the feeling were we hoping to see in our photos. We really didn't see Joe alot at the ceremony and reception, he did a great job letting us have fun and enjoy the day while still capturing every minute! We were led to Joe Hendricks Photography through a friend of ours and we could not be more pleased! From the beginning Joe and Rhonda went the extra mile, which is what you will notice throughout your entire wedding process. I had a lot of questions and Joe was able to answer them all during our initial conversation. From there we had a blast shooting our incredible engagement photos and could not believe how quickly Joe had them finished and ready to be shared. Of course every bride has so many last minute details to tend to the day of the wedding and photography should not be one of them-I knew I didn't have to worry about Joe and Rhonda on my big day and they were beyond professional the entire time. Joe is so talented and the final pictures really were better than I could have imagined, with various traditional shots and incredible creative shots. Joe Hendricks took photographs that exceeded even our wildest imaginations. He and Rhonda get to know their clients and Joe's ability to take pictures that capture raw emotions and people's personalities is nothing like I've ever seen. He is truly gifted. Not only is he a gifted photographer, but their business is all about exceptional customer service. He and Rhonda traveled 700 miles to photograph our wedding! He had a slide show posted online of our wedding pictures 5 days after our wedding!! 2 days later we had access to all of the pictures. From the moment we hired Joe Hendricks Photography we have gotten nothing but exceptional pictures and customer service. I have recommended him to everyone I know, and I will continue to do so. I honestly look forward to the future when we have kids so we have another reason to hire Joe Hendricks!

Very creative, professional and client driven. Very energetic team willing to do whatever it takes to get great shots for you and very attentive to the shots that you want. The shots were very much what we wanted. The responsiveness was FANTASTIC. I heard so many bad stories of people waiting for months to get their wedding photos back from photographers. Joe sent a link to a preview of our album while we were only a couple of days into our honeymoon, which was just wonderful! He was just as responsive with my engagement photos and bridal portraits. Also, it doesn't hurt that Joe makes photos FUN! My family and friends whom do NOT like having their photos taken had a great time with Joe. I was worried the groom's party would complain about all the photos that we wanted to take....but they all talked about how much FUN they had taking photos with Joe. The males I expected to complain the most were asking to see the photos eagerly as they enjoyed it so much. The same goes for our families. Joe made it a GREAT experience for all. The level of quality and creativity that Joe brings couldn't be found in another photographer at his rates. While wedding photography as a whole is expensive, he made it a great value and worth every penny.
