Faccio Bridal

When we first looked for dresses, we went to Faccio and they would not even wait on us because at that time we were just looking for bridesmaids. We were amazed they were so rude. Later I was looking for a certain veil and it was close to the wedding. I went there, they were going to call me if they could get the color I wanted, they NEVER called, and when I called a week later the girl just said she thought someone called me --very unprofessional. If you want to spend a bundle on a dress maybe they will cater to you. I will say their alterations lady, Faye, is fantastic.

Faccio was the first bridal store I walked into, and was super pleased with the service! Summer, the sales associate, did a great job at looking at the gowns I picked out and pulling more for me to try on. She ended up pulling a beautiful Lazaro that was absolutely perfect, and I ultimately bought it! Ms. Faye, the alterations lady, is an absolute HOOT and a pleasure to work with. She was such a sweet heart, and took great care to answer all my questions about the dress. The alterations were flawless, but also a bit pricey!

They were great to work with. I had a terrible experience somewhere else, and I was so glad to walk into Faccio! Everything was perfect. They even rush ordered a dress for me over the holidays! It was great.

Faccio is a very high end bridal shop, but I ended up finding the PERFECT dress on the clearance rack for 60% off of the original price! It was a Marisa, 100% silk with a satin overlay, huge train, strapless, buttoned up the back, with a handmaded Swarvosky crystal ivory organza sash for only $800. I am not even kidding. Even the cheaper, more low end stores like David's Bridal didn't have anything this quality in the whole store, much less anything like this for $800! I would suggest going to the high end stores and looking on the sale racks. You never know what you could find!

If you are looking for a super fun and friendly staff to help you find your dream dress, look no further than Faccio! Beth and her team were absolutely amazing! They were so patient with me and made me feel like I was the only bride that mattered every time I came in. My fabulous Jim Hjelm dress was "stunning" and I have received SO many compliments on it.

Beth, Elizabeth & Miss Fey are outstanding!!I began shopping fro my wedding dress about 10 months before our wedding date. I was torn between a dress at Faccio & one at Arzelles. Elizabeth was my initial consultant, but along the way Beth was always there to help as well! I loved the dress that I choose from Faccio!!! But – I should tell you what else I love! Elizabeth & Beth were fantastic. They went above and beyond EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I walked into the store or called. They always made me feel like my time was important, which is a pretty big deal when you are driving from downtown to Franklin on your lunch hour!!! I never once had to wait when I had an appointment & they were always so happy to assist!I went to several other stores around town while shopping for the perfect dress & the service at Faccio was the ultimate best experience that I had!!! Not to mention the dresses!! Talk about amazing. They have the best selection – also, I found something exactly in my price range…. & it was perfect!!!! The seamstress at Faccio, Miss Fey, is aaaaaaamazing. She made it look like my dress was sewn JUST for me! She did every modification that I requested & she gave me a lot of advice and tips on how to make the dress my own! She is so sweet & funny too!The girls at Faccio feel like family to me! I LOVED working with them and I am positive that you will too!

Beth, Elizabeth and Ms. Faye were so wonderful to work with! Faccio was the 1st and only bridal shop I visited in my search for my perfect wedding dress. They have such a great variety of beautiful designer gowns. I was really surprised at how easy it was to find my dress. I chose a beautiful silk/satin design by Marisa. I can't imagine having worn another dress. It was truly my perfect gown! The ladies were always very professional and so helpful from start to finish. I would and have recommended Faccio to everyone. I cannot say enough amazing things about Faccio!! They are wonderful! Their selection of dresses is big, but not too big. If you cannot find a dress in this store that you don't love, there is something wrong with you :) And all of the ladies who work there are incredible...so friendly, attentive, hard working and kind. You must go to Faccio in your dress shopping experience!

I'm so thankful for the Elizabeths at Faccio! What pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable women! The products at Faccio are amazing- so elegant and beautiful. Even though I bought my fabulous Mikasa at their spring sample sale at a great price, they stored it and pressed it in preparation for the wedding. They recommended a great seamstress and were available if I had anxiety about the dress or other apparel issues. Way to go ladies- I highly recommend them.

LOVE the girls at Faccio...really sweet and not at all pushy. I came in knowing the exact dress I wanted (Jim Hjelm--a little hard to find in the area), but tried on a few others as well. I ended up needing a few weeks to think it over, but they were really nice about it and excited when I came back for the trunk show. Very helpful and made me feel special! :-)

Beth, Elizabeth and Fay at Faccio are awesome! They provided me with great service and advice. I loved going in for my fittings. They are so much fun to work with. Good selection of gowns that are gorgeous and prices fair. I personally didn't know it took so long to order a wedding dress. So to those just starting the process try to give yourself atleast 6 months. I only had 4 months to order mine, but Beth was able to get it for me in time.

Out of all the Bridal Stores I visited while searching for "the gown," Faccio's was the best! They have the most elegant selections, they are professional, and they achieve a goal in reducing your stress by pampering brides-to-be and making sure you are happy! Another plus, the guys suits fit perfectly without having any fittings!

We bought our bridesmaids' dresses through Faccio. We just happened to go during the Jim Hjelm trunk show and found a bridesmaids' dress that worked on a variety of shapes and sizes. The ladies at Faccio were very friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell that they truly love putting things together for a brides' special day.

All the girls at Faccio are great and they really know their stuff. Each time I would try on a gown Beth would give a thorough and concise description. She and my friends helped me narrow down the choices to 3, then I brought my mom and sister. When they saw me in the dress I chose they cried! It was a special and unforgettable moment! I also got my veil, shoes, and other accessories there which made everything easy because I could see exactly what everything was going to look like together. I came in several times when trying to decide and they were always very helpful. They also provided Fay to alter my beautiful lace Birnbaum and Bullock gown and it fit perfectly. I felt like a supermodel in my gown, and looking back, it was truly one of the easiest and best choices during all the wedding planning! They were so nice meet me to give me my gown when I couldn't get there before they closed! Also, we got the tuxedos through them and they looked great. My dress did cost more than I had intially planned on spending, but I would do it again in a second.....!

Elizabeth and Beth at Faccio Bridal were wonderful to work with. Every time I went in to try on dresses or for fittings after i purchased my gown, they were very attentive and had a good eye for details! The one downfall was the busy-ness on the weekends, but to avoid that, I made appointments during the week, and was very pleased with the service!Also the selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses is great!! I had a unique Rivini gown and felt so beautiful on my wedding day (thanks Fay!!), and had many many compliments!

I have only the best things to say about the staff at Faccio Bridal. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and a true pleasure to work with. Their selection of gorgeous gowns is amazing. I highly recommend Faccio Bridal. They gave me true "red carpet" service.

I visited several dress shops, and the service provided by Beth and Elizabeth cannot be beat. I loved the dress they helped me pick out, as well as my sister's bridesmaid dress. I spent about what I expected to spend, and they went beyond expectations to make sure that everything was perfect for my wedding day.
