Embassy was wonderful to work with! They work hard and strive to accommodate any request the bride, groom, their parents, or planners may have. They truly recognize the importance of your wedding day and do all in their power to make it exactly what you envision. They offer a great space, wonderful food , and an amazing staff at an unbeatable price.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Embassy Suites Nashville Airport on 11/05/11. It was perfect. From the very beginning, the service and services we got for an unbeatable value were amazing. Amber Payne is my hero. She did a wonderful job of getiing our reception to be just what we wanted. She kept me on task in manner that relieved my stress instead of adding to it. I'm a control freak, but I left everything regardng the reception set up in her very capable hands, which was so great. She was able to coordinate with our various other vendors with little to no problems. If we needed any suggestions or help, she was there to offer ideas in her laid back manner that hides a take charge, OMG organized person. If there were any issues, we were unaware of them. My parents had a few specific requests whcih were met with no fuss and a very accomodating attitude. The food was wonderful and exacty what we wanted. We were able to customize the menu to fit our tastes, which was great, as my husband and I are both picky eaters. We opted for the open bar and the beverage options were varied and very good. The staff who worked the reception were very friendly but professional. Our family and friends loved the food, as well. Our family and friends had invaded the hotel for that weekend and they loved the hotel and all the the services they provided, for adults and kids. The morning after the wedding, family and friends who spent the night, got together to enjoy the free buffet breakfast together. That was just icing on the cake. Crazy as it seems, b/c you'd think all the above would cost an arm and a leg, they were one of the least expensive hotels around Nashville that we looked at for reception sites. Overall, we can honestly say our wedding and wedding reception were perfect, thanks to Amber Payne and the amazing staff at this hotel. I can't imagine how anyone could have topped the type and quality of service anywhere else in Nashville. If you are looking for a intimate wedding ceremony and/or reception site that offers small or large spaces, great food, amazing services, unbeatable prices, and kick butt staff, look no further. Just FYI: We had 165 adults and 20 kids at the reception.

We had a great experience with the Embassy Suites/Nashville Airport. We only had our reception at the hotel and it did not cost us to rent the ballroom if the event was catered (Major Plus). Amber was great from the beginning to the end of the whole process. She was very quick to respond back to any and all questions. Her experience and suggestions made the process a lot easier. She kept in contact with vendors on setup times which took a lot of stress off us during the big day. Our guests were able to check-in early the day of the reception. Even we were able to check-in hours before check-in started. We were not able to setup up the night before or the morning of the reception because a meeting was booked the morning of our reception. Amber and her staff offered to put the whole ballroom together for us. I can't not explain how great that was. The food was fantastic too! Everyone complimented the food and decor. Overall, the night went perfect and if we had to do over again, we would still choose Amber and the Embassy Suites.Brittney and Brian

Seth and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator than Amber. She did a wonderful job answering all of our questions quickly and helping us put our vision into action. We had both been married before, but didn't do the 'wedding' thing the first time. Amber suggested what she thought we should and shouldn't do and did a WONDERFUL job. The ceremony was everything that I dreamed it would be and the reception went off without a hitch thanks to Amber and Embassy staff. The hotel was convenient for out of town guests as well and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would recommend choosing Amber and the Embassy Suites to any newly engaged couple. Thank you so much guys! Our day was perfect thanks to you. You were so helpful and truly know your stuff. I heart you!!

Embassy Suites is the perfect ceremony/ reception venue. Amber Payne worked closely with us to make sure every detail of our Wedding Day was exactly what we wanted. Amber was always available when we needed her and offered suggestions and advice when we needed it.Embassy Suites was convienent for both our "in town" and "out of town" guest. Those who traveled long distances were appreciative of the complimentary shuttle from the Nashville Airport to the hotel. The ceremony was beautiful. The garden atrium was the perfect surroundings. I was originally concerned about the open setting of the atrium, but my concerns quickly diminished. The other guest in the hotel were so respectful and it was actually nice having onlookers and well wishers thoughout the hotel. The food during the cocktail hour and reception was hot and fresh. The serving staff was attentive and responsive.I highly recommend every engaged couple consider Embassy Suites for your Ceremony/ Reception venue.

Being the mother of the bride who lives in Indiana, I worked with Amber Payne on all the details of the wedding. She was very helpful throughout the six months I worked with her. She promptly answered emails and provided details of the day. She was extremely helpful at the rehersal, and was available the day of the wedding four hours prior and until 8 o'clock that evening. She attended to all the details which was a great help to me.She asked questions and made suggestions which were very benefical. Also we worked with Amy Dixon. She set up a block of rooms for us. We really appreciated when she provided rooms at the blocked rate even though we had fullfilled our limit. The entire staff was helpful and attentive. The food was very good also.

If you're looking for THE place to hold your reception, then Amber and her staff are it! From the day that we toured the facility, and started planning our only daughter's dream wedding, it was clear that this was going to be the professionals that we wanted to work with. They exceeded our expectations. We had numerous guests stay at the hotel for the weekend, and heard many comments about the excitement, quality, kindness and professionalism that they were all shown. We utilized numerous areas of the hotel, including two Governor's suites that are perfect for hosting the girls and guys dressing areas, along with other events. The attention to detail in the catering was impressive..... sliced lemons arranged in a repeating circle pattern, butter pressed into rose shapes that followed our theme, small and large details were no problem, they were a delight! So many options, and the best professional, pleasant staff around. Take the stress away, and choose Embassy suites!

This is the perfect place to hold your wedding ceremony and reception, especially if you don't want the worry and stress of traveling from place to place on your wedding day. Amber and her staff are great, they were all very helpful and attentive to the guest. The best part about this place is that it is a one stop shop. We had lots of guest traveling from out of town, Embassy provided guests rooms at a discounted rate which was very helpful for them to be there were everything would take place. It was also good for other guest because they didn't have to wait sooo long for the bridal party to finish pictures and drive to a different location for the reception. Overall, I truly enjoyed my wedding at Embassy Suites. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it just the same!

The staff at the Embassy Suites was so wonderful!! My wedding dress was a little wrinkled, so I requested that a clothes steamer be sent up to my room. Unfornately all the clothes steamers were already being used, so they sent the manager out to buy a new one!!! They were so wonderful, and tried to make my day as stress free as possible. Since the wedding was starting at 4pm, check-in time, they let all of the guests who were staying at the hotel check-in early. The mostwonderful part of my experiences there was the coordinator, Amber. She did literally everything. She set up all of the centerpieces and decorations adn just made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. If it had not been for Amber, I would have lost my mind!! The wedding and reception were perfect!! I have zero complaints!!

Worked with Amber on my wedding reception at Embassy Suites Nashville Airport and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing!! She took the stress out of the reception planning and helped beyond and above!!! Excellent communication between Amber and also with the planning of booking rooms! Great staff to work with! The service there was not only professional and friendly/helping but were flexible to work with us on making changes to time of dinner and cake cutting, ready for any changes in the original plan of events and no one ever knew, it was smooth!!! The food was awesome, received so many compliments (even from two women attending the reception who used to own a catering business)! It's hard to make something you see in your mind to happen in reality exactly the same, I expressed to Amber what I was thinking about and when I arrived at the reception...it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind...beautiful and perfect! I would recommend Embassy Suites Nashville Airport and Amber to any bride and groom looking for a beautiful reception location that offers great food and service not only to the bride/groom but to all who attend their reception!Thank you Amber and your staff for doing such a great job and making my reception the dream we always had wanted!

The Embassy Suites by the Nashville Airport is a wonderful place to hold a wedding ceremony and / or reception. Their beautiful indoor garden atrium is a unique setting for a memorable ceremony, and they have two different ballroom spaces that can be used for receptions. Since the atrium has so much greenery and they provide a lot of the things you typically need, like linens, napkins, china, glassware, silverware, centerpieces, etc. we didn't have to spend a lot on decorations. The catering team is wonderful, and we got tons of compliments on the food! It was a great day, and I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding!

Amber and the staff at Embassy Suites were absolutely amazing -- we could not have asked for more! We were married this past June and our reception was held in the hotel's large ballroom -- we hosted a formal seated dinner with tray-passed hors d'oeuvres and a Champagne toast for close to 200 guests. We wanted a "hotel reception" because our guests would be travelling and love to have a good time without worrying about anything, so Embassy Suites was the absolute perfect place. Our guests were allowed to check in early before the ceremony across town and the Front Desk staff offered to handle the dispensing of our Welcome Bags and directions to the ceremony -- our guests were well-taken care of from the very start.Once we arrived at the hotel after the wedding, we were absolutely amazed -- Amber and her staff had created exactly what we wanted! Our guests had enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and drinks before we arrived and were ushered into the ballroom right before we were to be introduced. Unexpected guests were seated immediately and handled with the utmost professionalism. As my new husband and I began our First Dance, Amber and the staff took excellent care of our guests, making them feel welcomed and attending to their every need. As we moved into the toasts and dinner, the waitstaff was readily available and moved through the courses with efficiency and ease. They were immediately ready for us to cut our cake without any hesitation. As my husband and I began to greet our guests at their tables, Amber and her staff had already served the cake by the time we had finished. Every aspect of the rest of the evening moved so smoothly that we hardly noticed when the tables were cleared and the waitstaff had departed. Amber was there to ensure that we were taken care of and didn't need anything else -- we knew we could relax and have an amazing time, because she'd taken care of everything! We loved every minute of working with Amber to plan our big day -- she was able to offer numerous suggestions and advice, and even ran to pick up our Groom's Cake the morning of because we'd totally forgotten! We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience and I would recommend Embassy Suites hands down. A sincere Thank You to Amber and her staff for everything :)

I really enjoyed working with Amber at Embassy Suites! Everything we were promised was delivered. I was a bit surprised that she was even there the day of; I thought she was just our 8-5 contact. We even had a cake-tastropy that she had a plan b in place in case my baker didn't come through. All around enjoyable experience. I think the only thing we didn't like is that the room we were in could use a better / updated color scheme.

Choosing Embassy Suites told hold my wedding ceremony and reception was a smart choice. The scenery in the atrium is romantic and needs very little decoration for any wedding ceremony. Amber Payne, catering manager, is a wonderful, professional, and timely person to work with. All staff members were very professional and helpful during the planning and the day of my event. They are highly recommended.

My husband and I held our reception at the Embassy Suites Nashville Airport and would do it all over again. Amber was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very responsive to all of my questions and emails (and believe me I had a alot!) She was there ready with ideas and vendor suggestions which were always great. She coordinated directly with publix about our cake delivery and fixed any problems we had with our room block! Our guests all raved about the food! They thought everything was delicious and beautifully set up! My only complaint about the food was that my husband and I did not get to eat enough because we were too busy saying hi to all the guests! The room looked amazing when we walked in! Exactly as we pictured it! The only problem we ran into is that we wanted kind of a middle of the reception snack for our guests (to help soak up some of the alcohol being consumed) and everything was just way more than we were willing to pay for it on top of what we already paid for dinner. Other than that though the dinner price was reasonable and included everything (and tasted amazing)! I like that we didn't have to worry about set up or clean up or cake cutting fees and everything turned out amazing!! I was very worried about the fact that there would be a second wedding the same day as ours and that bride had her ceremony there... but Amber made sure to coordinate and our guests did not get confused as to where to go, which was wonderful! We did have a lot of hotel guests in our way when we attempted pictures in the lobby... so we got very few, if you make your reception either before or after the managers reception this would not be an issue. Everything still turned out nice though, we were able to do our pictures outside.I would love to work with Amber again and think she did an amazing job making our vision come true! Thanks so much for your help and good luck with future weddings!

The food for my reception was very good.....my only complaint would be that I thought it wasn't as hot as it should be, and it was a little pricy. However, they had a large selection from which to choose and many of my guests commented to me that they thought the food was really good for a function such as that. It was set up beautifully and the staff was excellent. The only other negative I can find is that they don't offer any type of "tasting" unless you are booking a full-fledged sit down meal and I think that's a mistake. While I'm sure it wouldn't be cost effective to make four or five samplings of appetizers, possibly they could offer a free lunch so that their fare could be sampled. I took the risk and went ahead and booked them without really knowing what their food was like and I wasn't disappointed but in hindsight, that probably wasn't the smartest thing to do!

Embassy Suites was the perfect ceremony and reception venue. When I first began planning my wedding I knew that I wanted to have an outdoors wedding. I also know that one of the biggest wedding day disasters is inclement weather. I visited Embassy Suites and I knew immediately that this was the location. Embassy Suites offered the perfect outdoor setting without the worry of inclement weather. The beautiful garden setting was exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Amber and she gave me many great ideas that made my reception perfect. Amber was very attentive, understanding and professional. I think she was even in the process of planning her own wedding at the same time she was assisting me. I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Embassy Suites and they helped to make my wedding day as special as it was. So if you are looking to have an outside wedding and do not want the worry of inclement weater, Embassy Suites is the place.

The Embassy Suites hotel was awesome. The staff at the front desk were kind and they were helpful. However, the catering company is outsourced. Amber, the wedding planner for the catering company, didn't respond to emails very well. She claimed her email didn't work well. However, when an email was in her favor, she responded very quickly. On the day of the wedding, Amber was nowhere to be found. Before our ceremony, we had our DJ and Cake lady calling because there was no one to help them there. The cake lady showed up 3 hours before the reception began. The room was not set up yet and no one was around to help them.It is absolutely ridiculous our vendors had to call us because Amber wasn't even at the hotel. What does she get paid to do??? However, the hotel itself was awesome. Catering company...the food was good, but service was not.
