Dove Wedding Photography

I knew I wanted to use Dove for my wedding photography before I even got engaged. A friend of mine used them for her wedding and I was smitten with the pictures! I cannot say enough great things about Erin and all the staff at Dove. They are so professional and great at making people feel comfortable around them despite the fact that they have their cameras in hand! Erin is so creative with her approach to shooting that a picture that could be boring becomes a work of art in front of her lens. The sneak peek pictures she sent me makes my heart swoon... I cannot wait to see how amazing the rest turned out! I would recommend Dove to anyone that wants an artistic touch guiding their wedding pictures!

We used Dove Photography for our engagement pictures, as well as our wedding day photography. We could not have been more pleased! They were our most helpful vendor by far, going above and beyond in every respect. Our pictures truly captured our personalities, and were fun, artistic, and beautiful.

We used Dove for our engagement and wedding photos. We worked with Erin, and knew as soon as we met her that she was the photographer for us! Her style and quality were exactly what we were looking for, and we really enjoyed being around her (which is not something I would say about all of the wedding photographers I've worked with in the past from being in other friends' weddings). Our original engagement session was planned outdoors, and it stormed that day, so we had to reschedule, and Erin and Audrey at Dove were very helpful in rescheduling. The session went great, and the photos were fantastic. The day of our wedding was the day of the flood in Nashville, and Erin did an amazing job of keeping me calm (she was in cahoots with the rest of my bridal party to keep me clueless about the weather so that I wouldn’t freak out). Despite the depressing weather outside, we were able to take some great pictures indoors, and when the rain slowed down for a bit Erin and Peter had some great ideas for pictures in unusual places outside. Everyone I’ve shown the photos to has been amazed at how cool the pictures are and how well they really captured the moments and moods of the day. Also, we didn’t have a wedding planner, but Erin did a great job of stepping in when necessary and keeping things moving along at the reception. Yet somehow at the same time, she blended in so well! This is the one thing in our wedding budget we did not want to go “cheap” on, and we are extremely glad that we chose Dove. It wasn’t the most expensive option, but it wasn’t the cheapest either. I feel like we invested the appropriate amount and received an amazing product because of it. We received our finished pictures in the time frame that they gave us, and we are currently working on finalizing our album and canvases. Overall, this was a great experience; we received fantastic service and consider Dove to be a very wise investment!

Dove was everything we wanted and more in a photographer. They were great to work with, and the photographs were absolutely breath taking! I get so many compliments from people saying that these are the best photographs they've ever seen-I completely agree. All the photographs look like they belong in a magazine!

Our wedding photos are hands down the most beautiful photographs I have ever seen of any wedding. There were so many shots to choose from, I don't know how they did it because I swear I never saw any of the photographers during the ceremony. Everything was done in a timely manner and the staff was extremely professional. I reccomend Dove to everyone I know!

Would highly recommend to other brides. The photography turned out even more spectacular than we hoped for and they are a great crew! Even our guests loved them. The only negative was the time between the event and receiving the photographs seemed rather long. But in the end, we really do have amazing memories that are straight out of a wedding magazine!

I have never heard so many people comment on how beautiful wedding pictures were until people saw mine! I truly could not have been happier with Dove and the job that they did. They were super sweet, great to work with, and I barely even noticed them throughout the day but somehow they got the most incredible shots. If I could go back and do it again I would pick them all over again.

Dove Wedding Photography photographed my wedding in June 2007. Our pictures were put online to view and purchase in July or August, but we did not receive any photographs/products until October. I was given a small bonus to use toward the purchase of products from Dove due to the additional time it took to get my photos back, which was nice. My overall satisfaction with the quality is extremely high. However, based on what I have been told by friends who got married in the same city and had a similar budget, what I paid for what I got was probably a bit high. I got the second level package, which did not include the whole wedding day being photographed, and I only got one small photo album/coffee table book. It is nice, but I would like to have more to show from Dove for what I paid. We bought the rights to all the pictures that were taken on the day of the wedding, which was expensive, but now we have the ability to print photos anytime we want and pay much less than Dove charges for prints. Works out well for us and for Dove in the end. If you've got money to spend, these are the people to choose! They're excellent and great to work with, and their style and quality is top-notch. However, if you're on a tight budget, like I was, you might keep your options open to finding something similar in style but less expensive. It's out there, but it may be hard to find.
