I had a really fun experience buying my dress at David's Bridal. I had low expectations going in to my appointment, but me consultant, Jennifer, made it really fun. She did a good job of finding dresses that fit my tastes and was very helpful through the process of trying on dresses. I was really pleased.I also got my dress bussled at this David's Bridal, but I was not as pleased. My bustle broke before the ceremony started and I had time to use it. I was then late to my reception because we were trying to fix my dress. I recommend asking lots of questions as to what bustle will work best for your specific dress.

David's Bridal offers some really great prices on gorgeous dresses for all budgets. I purchased my Oleg Cassini full lace/tulle gown from them, and absolutely loved it! From the sales staff to the women in alterations, I had a great experience in this store and highly recommend looking at their website before going in - made for much quicker decisions when trying things on.

My actual fitting and alteration appointments were stellar! The people I worked with there for those were great! My only complaint is dealing with the front-desk people... they seem a little grouchy. It could of been an off-day for them, but it was a bit of a turn off.But overall, I had a wonderful time trying on the large selection of dresses and getting a chance to see my girls and flowergirl try on dresses. Good experience overall... a little generic and crowded if you go at the wrong time, but affordable...so definitely worth it.My dress was GORGEOUS...and people thought it was much more high end than David's, which says a lot for the selection they have.

I got all of the hemming for my dress done at the David's Bridal store in Franklin. I received quality and upbeat service for a good price.

I tried to get all my bridemaids' dresses from David's Bridal since they are a good value. When we got there for our appt me had to wait for quite a while. Then when our appointment started, we were deserted for a bigger party. We finally were able to pick a dress, but it was placed in the wrong area. My sister was about to pay for it, when my mother-in-law asked to check the inventory. There were only 3 dresses in their warehouses and they were all size twelve. It was a horrible experience, and I left crying. I am glad I didn't decide to got with them.

I have to say that Jennifer at David's Bridal in Franklin totally saved my wedding! I thought I was so smart ordering a dress (on sale, of course!) from a retail store, but the fit was off. I assumed it was because I could stand to lose a few more pre-wedding lbs. So I lost 35lbs and the fit was still wrong! So I realized it just wasn't going to work about 3 weeks before my wedding date and off I ran to David's Bridal with what I thought was a huge crisis on my hands. Jennifer immediately put me at ease and assured me we weren't going to panic and we could get me in a beautiful dress in time for the big day, and she was right! I love, love, love the dress I purchased at David's. It wasn't too expensive, which was very important to me, and it was so beautiful and elegant and a month later I am still getting comments on how gorgeous my dress looked on me! I ordered my bridesmaids dresses early on in the planning (on sale!) at David's too, and they've all said they will definitely wear them again. They made everything so easy, and it was a great experience!

Overall I really had a good experience with David's Bridal. I had a wonderful consultant, Rachaelle, who was with me every step of the way. I also loved the seamstress CoCo and the two together made my dress just perfect!

I went to the Cool Springs location in Franklin. Depending on which day you go in you could have wonderful service or horrible service. The day I picked out my dress I simply walked in to look. I didn't have an appointment yet everyone was so helpful and friendly. When I went back with one of my bridesmaids the lady at the front desk and the manager acted like I should be “thankful” they were helping me. I simply asked if they had a mother of the bride dress in a certain size – nothing extraordinary. The lady at the front desk actually said “These brides come in acting like we’re supposed to drop everything and help them”. Isn’t that her job??The seamstresses were very nice. They walked us through the bustle process without rushing and even showed us tips for packing and handling the underskirt. It was pretty expensive to get a bustle done but that was due to the number of ties I needed.Overall, I would go there only if you’ve made an appointment. If you get a rude attendant ask for someone else. It’s not worth the drama before your perfect wedding day.

I really enjoyed Jennifer, who helped me pick out my dress and was VERY friendly! The downfall experience I had with David's Bridal was on 2 separate occasions they didn't have my gown altered when I went for my fittings, 1 of those fittings being 2 weeks away from my wedding date!
