Hillary is wonderful. She has beautiful designs and such a creative eye! Very willing to work within your budget and has endless possibilities for any color scheme!

From the moment we sat down with her, we knew that Hillary at Brocade would be the florist for my daughter's wedding. She immediately grasped what my daughter liked and what she did not like and figured out creative ways to use flowers that Suzanne wanted used in the wedding but would die or blow too quickly to be used in the bouquets. The colors we wanted to work with: peony (antique rose) and pewter with touches of lavender were not common choices but she worked them together in combinations that were sublime. Her proposal for us was a work of art in itself and validated that she clearly understood the concept that we wanted. The reception site was extremely particular (to the point of being a bit inflexible) and did not allow vendors - or us) to arrive for set up until 3:30 - the time that all of us were at the church witnessing the wedding. I had some embellishments and items that needed to be taken to the reception and strategically placed (a crystal tree, a monogram for the dance floor, goodies for the childrens' table, a huge framed seating chart). I asked Hillary if she would recommend someone to do this for me and she volunteered to do it herself. When we arrived at the reception site, everything was perfect - fairy tale perfect. We could not have accomplished the touches that transformed Suzanne's reception from beautiful to extraordinary with Brocade and Hillary Robson.

Hillary at Brocade went so far above and beyond the call of duty as our florist, you wouldn't even believe it. First of all, the flowers themselves: they were gorgeous and stunning. They were exactly what I had requested, and they looked fresh, perfect, and vibrant. The arrangements were fabulous. I had given Hillary a TON of extra decorations (including some that weren't even related to the flowers at all), and she very graciously put them all up at our reception site. When I arrived at the reception site, I was stunned by how beautiful everything looked. Aside from the flowers, which were amazing beyond description, Hillary also did the nicest thing for us. We were having a difficult time figuring out how to get the alcohol to the reception site. It had to be there at the same time that the ceremony started, so obviously no one going to the wedding could do it. Hillary actually offered to drive our truck-full of alcohol to the reception site for us!! She cares so much for her brides, that she even offers to take on huge and time-consuming tasks that are not at all related to the flowers. She is an amazing person and an outstanding floral designer, and I giver her my very strongest recommendations. I wish that there was an option to give her more than 5 stars, because she certainly deserves them!

Amazing flowers. She was so quick to respond to questions and I was incredibly impressed by the proposal. I planned my wedding from out of state and literally just put all my trust in her and she came through with flying colors. I just sent her a couple of pics of bouquets I liked and she went from there. Completely fit the feel of the wedding. I could not have been any happier.

Hillary did an incredible job for my November 6th wedding; I'd recommend her to anyone! Besides being hilarious, she was really easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding day and worked with me to create exactly what I wanted within my budget. I loved the detailed proposal she sent me that outlined her plans for all the flowers, from personal flowers to ceremony and reception arrangements. I've seen her work in other weddings and absolutely love it, so I trusted her whenever she suggested something (or whenever she told me something wouldn't work), and she never steered me wrong! All of the flowers were gorgeous, especially the centerpieces at the reception. And I l-o-v-e-d my bouquet; it was exactly what I wanted! I'd definitely recommend Hillary to anyone who's looking for a florist/event designer for a wedding or any other kind of event!

We were so happy to have chosen such a talented florist. Hillary is absolutely amazing! She helped us so much at planning for our October 30th wedding. We had no idea what we even wanted to do as far as flowers and things go, but when we met with Hillary the very first time, it was like she read our minds. We know nothing about flowers, but we described our vision to Hillary and she knew what we were trying to explain. She also was great about working with our budget. Although, once the big day arrived, I realized we got a bargain! She gave us so much more than we even expected. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

I LOVE these guys. Creative, original, great to bounce ideas off of. And were definately able to keep it under budget without making it look sparce! 100% recommend Hillary and her crew!

Hillary is the best florist in Nashville. Not only is so incredibly creative, but she's willing to work within your budget and is once of the sweetest people I've EVER met. I gave Hillary my abstract vision for our wedding day, and she turned it into a perfect reality. She served as a florist, therapist, and friend during my year long engagement. I was so pleased with our flowers and decor, but even happier that I came out of my planning experience with a new friend.

Hillary at Brocade is amazing!!!!I met with 2 floral designers several months before my May 8, 2010 wedding. Hillary was the 2nd that I met with & I knew instantly that I would hire her. She is such a sweet person & actually listens to what you describe your perfect day to look like. Hillary came prepared with some examples of styles and looks that we could do based on some questions that she asked me before our initial meeting. I loved that she put so much thought and work AND TIME into my wedding before she was even hired! That just shows that she is genuinely concerned about the bride & how to make her day the best day of her life!From start to finish Hillary was amazing to work with. She never once tried to get us to go over our budget on anything and always have suggestions on how we could get more bang for our buck. Our 1st reception venue was affected by the flood that came a week prior – and when we had to move venues 4 days before the wedding Hillary was a saint. She had to change our entire flower order form and create designs for 7 additional tables. She never once let me think that she was stressed or bothered by the last minute plans! She was 100% flexible - which was so helpful!!The flowers turned out better than I could have ever dreamed!!!!! I would hire Hillary at Brocade Designs again in a second!!!!!

Hillary at Brocade is fantastic! Early in my wedding planning, I found a picture of a rare flower that I wanted to incorporate into my wedding. I met with and got quotes from three other florists, and all of them either did not address the fact that I wanted to use this flower, or kept trying to convince me to use a cheaper alternative. I knew I wanted my flowers to be simple, but unique, and Hillary delivered on both of those points. On the day of the wedding I was blown away with how both my bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets looked exactly like I was picturing. And the flower I wanted to use looked amazing! We did not have a lot of additional flowers, but she did the aisle and the altar beautifully. She was able to deliver beyond my expectations, and still under my budget. Also, she was out of town the entire week before my wedding, and returned just the night before, so I know she has an amazing crew that helps her out, and I would trust anyone she works with to get the job done. For our invitations, we had a very specific type of style that we wanted to use, but were open to suggestions on how to create it. We worked thru several drafts, and eventually she created an amazing invitation that had the exact style and feeling that we wanted. I got compliments from everyone on the cool invitations! Best of all, we were able to do it under budget! I always received friendly and prompt service, and Hillary always answered all of my random questions. She was more concerned with me having the day I imagined than doing it her way or making a buck. My husband and I were extremely impressed when we met with her for the first time, and she made several DIY suggestions that would help us get what we wanted, but stay under budget. I don’t know many other people who would do that. Hillary and Brocade come highly recommended!

FABULOUS! Hillary is absolutely amazing! Since the day we first met for a consultation, she was professional, enthusiastic, kind and creative. Her prices are great and every idea she presented was right on target with what I had in mind. I told her that I did not want the traditonal alter centerpice for the church and she created the most gorgeous piece of work EVER. People talked all night about how great all of the florals looked!

Hillary was truly a joy to work with, and I could not have asked for a better outcome for my wedding. From the first moment I sat down with her to discuss the flowers for my ceremony and reception, you could tell that she was passionate about her work and had a creative eye that would make my wedding spectacular. She was always willing to discuss ideas with me, and was very reasonable about the kinds of arrangements and decor that I could fit into my budget. I never felt that she was trying to plan anything that I could not afford, and I am pleased to say that the final product was amazing. The cost of her services were very reasonable, and I would almost say that she deserves to be paid a great deal more due to the high quality of her work. I was happy with every single aspect of her designs, and was impressed by her level of professionalism and attentiveness. She even went above and beyond by helping to design a koozie with the Nashville skyline and got them printed and shipped for us. They turned out great, and I think they added a creative touch to the day! Overall, I would recommend Hillary and her business to any bride in the Nashville area who is looking for a fun and creative florist! She was great to work with! :)

I absolutely loved Hillary Robson with Brocade designs! My husband and I got married on 10/10/09, and Hillary provided all the flowers and fall decorations for my wedding as well as my reception. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with everything!! It was like she could see the pictures in my own head & could bring them to life. She rocks because she will work with you on any budget & make it look amazing. She is very organized, very creative, and a very nice person to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her! You can definitely trust her to make your wedding look amazing!

Hillary with Brocade is amazing. She designed gorgeous invitations that perfectly captured the tone and look we wanted to convey. She knew the answer to every question we had during the planning process and her suggestions and advice were invaluable when we were choosing and communicating with our other day-of vendors. Her floral designs were stunning, exactly what we wanted, and they looked as good at the end of the day as they did when they were first made. Hillary saved us time, money, and stress, and we can say without a doubt that our wedding ran successfully because of her involvement. We recommend her without reservation and with great enthusiasm.

Hillary did an amazing job with our wedding! We had a small budget and a big dream, and she somehow managed to make it work. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding, and it turned out perfect. The design was beautiful, yet simple. The feel of the day was very casual, yet elegant. The whole day went without a hitch, and it surpassed our expectations. All that I told Hillary for the flowers was that I wanted sunflowers and not a lot of fuss and filler. I didn't give her much guidance at all, and the flowers turned out amazing. I absolutely loved them!I don't know what we would have done without Hillary. She was so helpful in every way, and I feel like she gave me the perfect wedding day that I dreamed of.Thank you!

Hillary Robson designed the flowers and decor for my wedding and did an amazing job! She is truly wonderful to work with! I gave her the colors and the budget and let her run with it, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She will make your event truly special. I would recommend her to anyone.
