They were very flexible with our schedule and accomodating as to what our needs were. A video camera was left in the trunk of the limo after the bridal party was dropped off at the church and the driver found it and drove it back in his own car to make sure we had it for the wedding. They were very nice to work with. Only draw back was a 3 hour minimum and it couldn't be split up. So when we only needed transportation transportation to the park for pictures and then the church we really only needed 1 1/2 hours of service but had to book/ pay for the 3 hours.
