Beyond Details, Catering and Floral Design

Working with Jakob and Todd was wonderful. The venue was incredible and the food was wonderful! No complaints!

I would so reccommend this company for services. The entire staff was very attentive to me and ALL of my guest at my wedding. The price was RIGHT, the food was GREAT and the staff was PROFESSIONAL! What more could you ask for? Thansk so much for everything! Oh and we had food left over that they packed up for us... Thanks Krystal, Todd and everyone else!

We knew that we wanted to have a theme of Southern food at our wedding, and Todd's vision and expertise exceeded our expectations. We looked at many different catering companies and were most impressed with the value and quality of Todd's food. He and his staff were extremely professional. The food was the most important aspect of the reception to my parents, and Krystal and Todd allayed any concerns we had in the days leading up our big day. Their food was amazing-- their hors d'oeuvres were unique, the carrot souffle was to die for (who knew??) and the presentation was distinct. We would highly recommend Todd and Beyond Details to anyone looking to have amazing food at any event!

My daughter's wedding was a great event because of Beyond Details. Their food was "beyond" delicious! Their professionalism and flexibility were outstanding. The hot food was hot, the cold food was cold. The service tables were continually restocked and cleaned. The vases were beautifully illuminated with candles floating in water. The wedding party's table was absolutely perfect, and they even made up plates of food for the bride and groom. The flowers were remarkably lovely, made perfectly to order. A five star vendor all the way.

Beyond Details did the florals, food and decor for my wedding and it really turned out stunning. I was just 'in love' with my bridal party bouquets and my bridesmaids and guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the flowers and decor were. My theme was vintage, southern-chic and everything went along with what I had envisioned perfectly. The decor was great - so many people were taking pictures of my food tables (how often does that happen?). It really looked like it was straight out of Southern Living or Anthropologie. Jakob (the owner) really has an eye for florals and decor and Todd knows how to put together an amazing, tasty menu that everyone will love. When you see it all come together on your wedding day, you really won't be disappointed.

What perfect day in my life I met Todd about a year ago ...we just clicked.Just like their name say "Beyond Details" I took chance on this one but I am glad I did. I am originaly from africa our culture is when you have event like this one, all the women get together and cook all kinds foods from back home it doesnt matter the number of guests. But my family and I have been in USA for a good number of years we have built relationships. I said to my self that I am using catering company.Beyond Details catered my event it was a success. P.S. On my wedding day it was cold and rainy and the Beyond Details staff did such an amazing job even with the weather. It was spring but felt like winter outside, when I walked into our venue and saw Jakob smiling with arms open wide to hug me, I knew it would be perfect. The decor, flowers, and food were absolutely beyond my expectations and the little touches they add mean so much and are so unique (we had mini "M" burgers and green lemonade to match our colors!). Jakob blew me away with the decor pieces used in the ceremony and at the reception, and my flowers were so unique I could have never done it without him. Todd created a menu full of color and flavor that everyone at the wedding loved. Jakob, Todd and the entire staff of Beyond Details are so professional and great to work with, even though my wedding was out of state they were so great and I would recommend them to anyone having a wedding big or small!

Amazing work!! Todd and Jakob did such an awesome job making dreams a reality! It was such a picture perfect day...from the food to the flowers and marrying the love of my life! I used Beyond Details for my wedding back in May and they were absolutely AMAZING...ive never met a company that will go so far out of there way to make sure a day is so perfect...they went over and beyond on my flowers, decorations, and food! We got married 6 months ago and people still talk about how amazing the food was at the rehearsal dinner and at the wedding...I would highly recommend Beyond Details to anyone and everyone...thanks guys for everything and making our day SO amazing!

The food was AMAZING and DELICIOUS!!! We had so many people at the wedding tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The staff is so professional and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy!

Beyond Details did an amazing job with my wedding. They provided the food (got so many compliments!) and flowers. They did a great job when I asked for a simple decor. They provided beautiful wheat-grass arrangements and did an amazing job with the flowers. They offered several cost saving measures which we used. We thought they were such a good deal for the price and we had no problems with them whatsoever!

Jakob and Todd are very funny and down to earth! The food was great and receieved a great number of compliments. The flowers were beautiful; although, my corsages and boutonniere were not exactly what I was expecting. We went over how I wanted them, but it is not what I recieved. That is truly my only complaint!

The one thing I've heard since I've gotten home from my honeymoon is that my wedding had incredible food which was one of my biggest goals for my wedding!! I was very pleased with the quality of the food served. I had a few concerns a few weeks out from my wedding that once addressed with Beyond Details they were handled immediately and I was glad that I spoke up. I was also disappointed they didn't have as much food as promised at the wedding. We had guaranteed 144 people and Jakob (an owner) told my mother they only had 130 steaks out when we ran out of steaks towards the last people in line. This was disappointing as a lot of friends who waited for the line to die down didn't get a steak. Todd (one of the owners) had promised we would have 144 pieces of chicken and steak for each person since we did a buffet with two meat options. We only had 136 who were eating (including vendors). I also work in meeting planning and know most caterers do about 10% over on all food to cover themselves, so I was disappointed they didn't have enough food. They also ran out of potatoes.
