Brandon Rich did a sensational job for our wedding. He was professional, very responsive towards any questions, and easy to work with. The value of The Belmont Mansion is incredible. You get so much for your money! The grounds and inside are beautiful!

The first time I toured Belmont University, I knew I'd get married here. 12 years later, I did. I didn't get any extra flowers; they weren't needed - the atmosphere was enough. I made my grand entrance on the staircase - magical. The staff was helpful & did more than we were told they would. When I emailed questions, I heard back usually within a few hours. Unless you are so bride-zilla that you can't adjust to their rules, I highly recommend them. The only downfall was that I had to have an evening wedding because of their daily tours. Oh, and there aren't any restrooms for the bride!

I was so pleased with my wedding and reception at Belmont Mansion on April 9, 2011. The venue was spectacular. I really cannot thank Rev. Rich enough for working with me throughout the wedding planning with such a pleasant personality. Rev. Rich made the planning smooth and the day even more smooth. Rev. Rich returned all of my calls and even let me know when he would be unavailable. It was a great pleasure to work with him and I would recommend this venue and his services to any bride that wants to work with great people that value your business from beginning to end.

We chose to hold our wedding at Belmont Mansion because we wanted to have a small intimate ceremony in a historic setting. Most of the local venues only cater for outdoor weddings & we held our event in January. Belmont ticked all the boxes - it's the perfect wedding setting with many wonderful photo opportunities both inside & out, including an amazing staircase which provides a really dramatic entrance for the bride. There is also a grand piano in the Grand Salon, so we were also able to have a live piano music. The front of the Mansion is also an excellent setting for photos & grounds though small are also attractive. The price was very reasonable compared with similar local venues, and the Rev Brandon Rich went out of his way to accommodate all of our requests & make sure we had the memorable day we wanted. If you are thinking of marrying at Belmont I recommend doing the historical tour beforehand as it added to the occasion for me knowing the history of the Mansion.

Overall, I had a great experience having my wedding ceremony at Belmont. The director Brandon (who can also officiate if you need him to) always answered my questions and emails timely, and he was very organized and knowledgeable. The rental fee is reasonable for a Nashville location, especially one as gorgeous as Belmont. The Mansion is so pretty you hardly need any decorations, some of which they include. The bride comes down the grand staircase to enter the ceremony area, a very romantic and dramatic entrance. There are a few rules to abide by to respect the historic nature of the building, but nothing too big of a deal (ex. no rose petals down the aisle). There is a staff there the day of to set up, direct guests and answer questions, so our time there went very smoothly. I did not have my reception here, as they do not allow alcohol due to being on Belmont University's campus. The only thing I didn't particularly like is that there is a very small time window to have your ceremony due to the Mansion being open for tours during the day. You have to choose between 6, 6:30, and 7 for a ceremony start, which ended up being okay for us since we wanted an evening wedding, but wouldn't work out for someone wanting morning or afternoon times.

The Belmont Mansion is amazing inside and out!!! Our pictures turned out beautiful! We did come across a scheduling conflict...they booked 2 weddings on our date...and WE were the second ones to book the date, so WE had to change our plans. By the time they figured the schedule out, we had already sent out save-the-dates and secured the other vendors for that date!! Once the mishap was brought to our attention, the staff was very helpful in fixing the matter. We just bumped up the time of our wedding from 7pm to 4pm. Fortunately we had planned our reception elsewhere!! The mansion is absolutely beautiful and decorations, candelabras, and seating was all included! I did not want to spend a whole lot of money to decorate the ceremony venue....this was the perfect solution!!!

Belmont Mansion is a wonderful venue. Everyone is very friendly, and extremely helpful. This was the first time anyone in my family had really had to plan a wedding, and Brandon Rich and his team made my day absolutely perfect!! If you would like a beautiful, elegant, historic venue, this is the place to look.

I highly recommend having your wedding and reception at the Belmont Mansion!!! The cost was right and you will get more for your money here than you might expect at a Mansion!! Working with Brandon Rich the wedding coordinator made my day perfect!!. From the initial meeting with him, I knew my day would be memorable. He was instrumental and helping me plan the big and small details of the day.The Mansion was decorated beautifully!! He even assisted the photographers with where to take the best photographs in the Mansion and on Belmont's campus. The staff at the Mansion were gracious and we our family and friends had the best time!!

We both loved the mansion because it so beautiful. It does not take a lot of extra decorating because the antiques and columns are just wonderful. The only drawback is the parking. There is not a lot of it and it is a long walk for most of my guests. I also felt bad for my vendors having to unload in the front. The staff is very nice and helped us alot. For the price you cannot beat it.

Our ceremony and reception was beautiful because Belmont Mansion is beautiful. Our pictures are gorgeous partly because of where we were. As soon as we saw the place which was first on our list, we booked it. The staff was always great to talk to and work things with. They were so open as to what we could do with the place considering it is a public place and a mansion for viewing. There was another mansion in Murfreesboro who wouldn't even let us have the ceremony inside. We were so pleased that Belmont was so inviting. It made us feel like it was our place to celebrate and plan our wedding. There were only a couple of negatives which couldn't be helped on their part. The time slot to decorate for a wedding and a reception seemed quite crunched if you had a lot of planning which we did ( 7 1/2 hours). The other was the heat in the house. It did get quite warm or may I say not cool enough for so many people, but expected for an old mansion. Not much to complain about especially when so much of it was right. Thank you, Belmont Mansion staff, you made our day very special!

Belmont was an absolutely beautiful location for a smaller evening wedding. They provided the tapers and candlesticks, punch bowls, tables, chairs, chair covers, and table linens. They even had staff to direct the guests to the restrooms and to tell the guests about the history of the mansion. All the historic artwork and furniture is in the mansion, but they clear out the grand salon for the wedding ceremony. Comfortably, the room would hold about 125-135 people. The only drawbacks of having your wedding in a historical home is that you cannot have a ton of candles around, children may damage furniture, and you cannot throw flower petals as you might slip on the hardwood. I thought these might be issues, but it turned out perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better location. It fit the theme of the wedding well, and all the guests enjoyed viewing the rest of the house. It also makes for excellent pictures. The grounds are beautiful!!! It is only open for night weddings because they have tours daily until 4pm. We did ours at 6:30pm and it turned out great. I highly recommend Belmont Mansion for a romantic, intimate, high class wedding.

I highly recommend the Belmont Mansion as a ceremony site. Especially at Christmas time. You get the beautiful decorations of the mansion for no extra cost. However the cost for general rental is still pretty high. Also get in your date early or you might now have much of a choice.

The Belmont Mansion is beautiful and you cannot beat the price for the space. It is a smaller space, so you can only have 120 guests. They provide candle holders, candlabras, arch, and other decorative items. Their team will set everything up and tear down. They are pretty strict about the hours the space is rented. You have to be out on time or they will charge you. They let you do pretty much what you want for your ceremony i.e. no music or photography limitations. However, they do not allow alcohol, so if you want alcohol go somewhere else for your reception.

Great location for an intimate wedding. The mansion is beautiful. The coordination of details was sometimes difficult due to mansion's hours and the staff didn't cater to you that much so if you go with this vendor be sure to be proactive.
